This section tells you about the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.shorso.co.uk. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or ordering any products.


Placing an Order

We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Bank Transfer.

Please send your order request via the website, or send an email to: info@shorso.co.uk. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours confirming the total cost of your order. Please note a delivery charge will apply, prices will vary depending on the weight of your order. Once payment has been made, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours and you will receive an estimated delivery date via email confirmation.


UK Delivery Information

UK Standard Delivery costs £3.99, up to 1kg, (transit time is 2 - 3 working days). We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra working day for this. We also offer Special Delivery options which vary in price: Royal Mail Tracked24, Tracked48 and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Service. We aim to despatch your order the next working day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays). Please note if you place an order after 1pm on a Friday, your order will not be dispatched until the Monday. Please ensure the delivery address given is accurate in order to avoid a delay in receiving your parcel. Please be advised if you select a Special Delivery option, a signature will be required upon delivery. Delivery will not be made if a signature is not provided. Please note, if Royal Mail are unable to deliver, they will leave a 'sorry you were out' card to advise the reason why they were unable to deliver. There are options on the card advising how to arrange redelivery or collection. We are in no way liable for any delays, penalties or damage in delivery. Should you have any queries regarding a missing or damaged parcel, please contact customer services at info@shorso.co.uk.


International Delivery Information

We offer two options for international delivery; Standard service or an Express service which is more expensive. Prices will vary depending on the weight of your order. Deliveries outside the UK are subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions. Please be advised you may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply to all products purchased from us. Please ensure that you enter the correct international delivery address and postcode. If the address is entered incorrectly or if customs duties or formal customs entry are required, the delivery may be delayed. We are unable to assist with any customs issues . Please be aware that some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials, you are responsible for checking with the local customs authorities before placing an order for international delivery. Please check thresholds and duties for the international delivery address before placing an order. Please be advised that clothing labels are in English and we do not offer an exchange or refund on items that were sold in perfect condition. 


Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, if you have a tracking number you can track your order.


Returns Policy

We run a strict but fair returns policy, valid within 7 working days from the date of receipt. We do not offer refunds, we offer an exchange only on faulty items.


Wholesale Orders

For wholesale orders, we can offer an exchange if item(s) are returned due to a fault of our own. As we offer a made to order service, we do not offer an exchange if items were sold in perfect condition, fit for purpose, as described. Should you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@shorso.co.uk to obtain a returns reference number, goods will not be accepted without this. Our products are inspected before dispatch, however if you receive a faulty or incorrect item we are happy to offer an exchange and free delivery of new order. Please make a note of any tracking numbers for your records, a copy of your invoice should be enclosed with your returned parcel, along with your returns reference number. It is advisable to return any item(s) to us via recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for item(s) that do not reach us. Should you experience any issues returning your item(s), please email us quoting: your full name, returns reference number, order number and reason(s) for returning your item(s).Please ensure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. No returns will be accepted after 7 working days from the date of receipt, any item(s) returned after this date will be returned back to the sender. Please be advised, although we aim to process your return as quickly as possible, this may take up to 10 working days. Once we have received the returned item(s), an exchange will be placed as a new order and a notification email will be sent when the order is shipped. Customers’ statutory rights are unaffected.


You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website. We may change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must stop using the Website.

Please Note: We offer exchange only, if the item(s) are faulty we can offer an exchange if returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt. Please take note of the care instructions provided for your clothing as we can not take responsibility for any damage caused due to negligence.
